Located in the coastal province Sihanoukville, 230 km from the capital Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the New Nordic Sunshine Hotel project invested by New Nordic Development Co., Ltd is under construction by a team of enthusiastic and experienced engineers from MEC International. With the scale of 20 floors: 1 basement, 2 lobby floors and office, 14 floors of hotel rooms, 1 floor of restaurant, 1 technical floor, 1 floor of swimming pool and outdoor bar, MEC engineers have been participating in executing manifold systems: Electrical system, Communication system, Plumbing systems and HVAC. Starting from 2nd July, 2018, after 90 days of construction, MEC engineers completed the Electrical substation system in October 2018, the remaining items are in the process to handover to the investor in August 2020.
