Following the success of Times City Phase 1, Vingroup officially launched its second phase, Park Hill Times City, in April 16, 2015 with the idea of a Singaporean-style eco-urban area with the criteria of a “resort lifestyle in the heart of urban area”.

Park 2 Times City along with Park 1 are the first two buildings of the Park Hill Vinhomes Times City apartment complex. Park 2 building is located at the east entrance of the Vinhomes Times City Park Hill project, opposite Park 1, a prime location compared to other residential buildings in the area. This building has a 3 – side open space with views to Vinh Tuy Bridge, Red River and open area playground.

Together with Coteccons – the main contractor of this project, MEC was responsible for installing the plumbing systems and supplying additional materials for the construction of Park 2 – the high-end residential building. In particular, 34 floors with 17 apartments each were carefully and meticulously constructed under the skillful hands of MEC’s engineers. While undertaking the our role at the project, our team of engineers and technicians had been working diligently, in each stage to ensure the quality of works and the construction progress.

With great effort, MEC International has successfully completed the project – Park 2 Park Hill Vinhomes Times City, gaining trust and satisfaction from Vingroup, Coteccons and the residents of Park Hill Vinhomes Times City.
