Pacific Place is designed and built to be a multi-functional facility that includes commercial centers, offices and high-end apartments. It has a convenient location at Ly Thuong Kiet Street, easily approaching to Government Ministries, international organizations as well as hotel, restaurant and other office buildings. Occupying a landmark location in the centre of Vietnam’s capital, Pacific Place brings a modern sense of style and sophistication with modern facilities and synchronous equipment to Hanoi.

MEC International was one of the main contractors who designed the whole M&E systems as well as reconstructed and improved other categories. Specifically, we continued to complete the tunnel ventilation systems and kitchen ventilation, upgrade heating system (via Fcu) to HSBC Bank located in Pacific Building, completely install swimming pool and rooftop restaurant, improve the system of fresh air supply, reduce the noise for the cooling tower system, etc.

Since the work was taken over from other MEP contractors, MEC encountered difficulties in coordination during the construction. However, MEC’s engineers and technicians worked truly hard to finish the job within the appointed progress, bringing the best quality of work for such highly-required building.
