Mec International is proud to introduce our new project – New Nordic Sunshine Hotel & Resort, located in the Ochheuteal Beach area of Sihanoukville to the Southwest of Cambodia, approximately 232 kilometers from the nation’s capital, Phnom Penh.

For this project, MEC International has been contracted to provide MEP systems, extra – low voltage (ELV), mechanical ventilation air conditioning system and swimming pools. The project is located at one of the most stunning seaside places in the region with beautiful beaches along the coastline and tropical islands scattered about offshore. It is a little outside the city, but still well connected to the country’s infrastructure so customers can easily travel to and from. The New Nordic Group selected the area to take advantages of the natural beauty in this up and coming area of Cambodia. New Nordic Sunshine Hotel & Resort is designed to be a quality high – rise development that has 15 floors with 136 apartments fully furnished with a variety of high – end facilities, including exotic commercial centers, high – class restaurants, a fascinating rooftop swimming pool and gymnasiums, which are ready to bring satisfaction to its customers.

New Nordic Sunshine Hotel & Resort is expected to be handed over in 2010. With more than 20 – year experience and strong expertise in the field, MEC’ s engineering teams in Cambodia are confident to implement this project swimmingly and successfully.
