At the moment, MEC International is processing the hand – over of Rivera Park District 10 which is located in the heart of District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. Rivera Park District 10, invested by Long Giang Land is a high – class complex which consists of three modern 25 – floor blocks with 4 floors of premier commercial centers, 2 basements and 900 modern apartments. The complex is equipped with outstanding features such as large green coverage along with a variety of other cutting – edge facilities, including infinite swimming pools, cinemas, playgrounds for children, which are promised to meet all Rivera Park residences’ demands of living space.

In 2016, MEC International was tasked with installing the whole electricity system as well as water supply and drainage system for Block A & B. In 2017, with full confidence from the investor, MEC International was further appointed to work on the power cable system of this project and the electricity system, water supply and drainage system and extra low voltage for Rivera Park Ha Noi. In these projects, MEC’s engineering team once again showed their strong expertise in the MEP sector as they accomplished the work successfully and on schedule.

The handover is expected to be concluded at the end of this month.
