BMS is a Building Management System that controls and manages all MEP technical systems in the building such as electrical system, water supply system, air conditioning, warning environment, security, fire alarm and fire fighting, etc. The system ensures the operation of the equipment in the building to be accurate, timely, efficient, energy saving and cost saving. 

The BMS system must satisfy the general requirements of a building automation system, comply with current specifications and systems and approved world standards in the field of Automation of buildings in Vietnam. Technical solutions must be age-appropriate, suitable with modern technologies, able to reserve and expand in the future and meet the highest investment efficiency.

The building management system (BMS) controls and monitors the following systems:

The structure of BMS system consists of 4 parts:

  • Central control software
  • Equipment management
  • Sensors and actuators
  •  FEC controller

The function of BMS system

  • Control and monitor MEP systems in the building to ensure efficient operation of these systems
