Bonchon chicken was created in 2002 by Mr Jinduk Seo in Busan, Korea. In 2006, Bonchon’s first international restaurant was opened in Fort Lee city, New Jersey, United States. Shortly after, the restaurant chain expanded to many other states in America, including California, Massachusetts, Virginia, Texas… At the moment, the delicious chicken brand has 91 stores operating in America and more than 300 all over the world. Besides Korea, Bonbon chicken has presence in many other Asian countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar and VietNam where they had recently opened the first store in Hanoi in April 2019.
The second BonChon store in Hanoi was opened not long after and it is evident that the brand is well-received among food-loving community in Vietnam. The investor has officially opened the third restaurant in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City on Ly Tu Trong Street. MEC was selected once again by the investor for the installation of MEP system. With a floor area of 325 m2 for 2 floors and a chicken area and after a 2-month construction work , MEC engineers have successfully completed the installation of Electrical, Low voltage, Plumbing, HVAC for the restaurant facility.
