MEC International was contracted to provide the whole package of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Audio-visual, Fire protection, Telephone, Security, SMATV system for this project. As joining Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa, our practiced engineering team worked on the climate condition and gave the owner the most cost – efficient MEP solution. Instead of installing the air – conditioning as investor’s requirement, MEC realized it was not optimal due to the cool climate in this area. Our suggest helped the investor save amount of money of installation and maintenance.
