For nearly two years working hard, MEC International has successfully completed our tasks in CAO Hotel.

In 2016, MEC was tasked with providing the whole MEP solution for CAO Hotel, including supply and installation of electrical, low voltage and plumbing systems. CAO hotel, overlooking the intriguing Thuy Van beach, promises to be one of the best destinations on arrival in Vung Tau city. The hotel consists of 200 luxury rooms and suites, exotic open restaurants, premier meeting venues and a number of other modern sports facilities, including an infinity swimming pool and gymnasiums, which are ready to bring about unforgettable experiences to visitors.

During project period, MEC thoroughly scrutinized the location, climate condition to offer the most cost- efficient MEP solution which helped the investor own an internationally – standardized hotel with reasonable cost of construction and maintenance. In October, MEC officially handed over CAO Hotel to its investor – Saigon Environmental Design Consultancy Service JSC. Despite meeting some difficulties during execution, with our strong experts in MEP sector as well as tight cooperation of our client , MEC finished the project with success and received high appreciation from the owner.
