MEC International is proud to announce the completion of Bodaiju Residences Phase 1.
Bodaiju Residences is strategically located on Russian Boulevard, Sangkat Kakab, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh – a prime location with high real estate value in the heart of Cambodia’s capital city. The residences cover an area of 23,000 square meters with 6 building blocks, including 4 luxury apartment buildings and 2 hotel buildings.
Phase 1 of the construction was the work on block A and B, starting from May 2016 to October 2017. Each block consists of 13 floors for 372 luxury apartments and serviced facilities such as rooftop swimming pool, nursery, gym and supermarket, and 2 floors for car park.
For this project, MEC International provided electrical and light electrical system, air conditioning and ventilation system.

Bodaiju Residences, a home set within beautiful and contemporary landscape gardens, offers a harmonious balance of quality modern living and natural tranquility. Therefore, MEP services have to be in conjunction with sustainability. MEC engineers have taken the initiative focus on how sustainable processes and resources can be used to reduce impact on the environment. Proper selection of high-performance equipment and precise sizing of the construction site is the key in these processes.
The first phase apartments were 100% completed and successfully handed over to customers at the end of November 2017.
Phase 2 of the construction is the work on block C, starting from August 2017. Block C that consists of 13 floors for 209 luxury apartments and serviced facilities is expected to be handed over in this October.
Although the scale and the construction progress was a challenge for the M&E system provider, MEC met Criteria of Qualification and Capacity, stood out from the other contractors thanks to the most optimized solutions.
MEP system is thought to be the “soul” of the project and MEC international brings Bodaiju come alive.
